Effective ear plugs
First time using ear plugs. Wondered if I'd get my lid on ok. Yes to that. Great noise reduction. I can hear the bike and stuff around me. Nicely calming, especially when it blows a hooly. Would have liked a string in case I drop one in the street in the dark.

Excellent!
After years of using disposable plugs I thought I'd give these a try and I'm glad I did. They are easy to insert into the ear using the handy tool supplied, nice and soft and so comfortable I forget they're there. No feeling of moving around and no sweaty itchy feeling that foam or latex disposables have, and they work well too. The wind noise on my bike is reduced every bit as well as the higher (claimed) SNR disposable plugs.
